Welcome to day 29 of our month of great Resolutions.

I came across the above phrase in an uplifting exhortation on an ecommerce platform, and it really made me laugh..

But really that’s the best way to keep being Positive in this lockdown and virtually no income stream times for most businesses and employees.

We really must learn to keep up our enthusiasm and positive outlooks on life.

Don’t slack or become weak over your weight loss and healthier lifestyles goals, family, work or career aspirations because of how the times are right now…

It will all pass, and become only but a memory soon enough.

But don’t be quick to forget that any wrong/poor food/lifestyle/work/family choices we make now, out of depression or unhappiness, stays with us after COVID *goes its way.. so let’s be guided.

So whenever the temptation comes to act inappropriately, just keep up your enthusiasm and positivity as you would, if you where having a nose bleed 😊

I used to have many episodes of nose bleeds as a child, and l could quite relate to this phrase… keeping my head up, helped in easing the bleeding and entirely stopping it..

So when you are feeling overwhelmed by it all, take a seat, put your head back as if you are having a nose bleed…and will away the depressingly thoughts, and superimpose Your desired outcome in this situation.

To our envisioning this nose bleed positive Practicing over all trying times we may face…
